9th Lux Pacifica conference

9th LUX PACIFICA Сonference to be postponed

Due to the continuing risk of COVID-19 and limited international communication, our conference is not possible until the total stabilization all over the world. As the result of continuous consultations among Board of Lux Pacifica, conference is postponed indefinitely.

On August 3, Chairman of Lux Pacifica prof. Motoharu Takao addressed the conference participants with the letter regarding the postponement of the conference. New conference dates will be announced at least one year in advance. It is assumed that the conference will take place no earlier than 2022.

In addition, the Board considered necessity to make a refund to the delegates who paid registration fees. After the announcement of new dates for the conference, registration of participants and collection of contributions will be made anew.

To refund the conference fees please write your inquiry to Julia Glorio and we will settle all finance questions.

Venue

The venue will be the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg: the magnificent general staff building on Palace Square in Saint Petersburg, modern meeting facilities of the Fund of the Hermitage and the Hermitage Hotel.

Participants and reports to the Conference

Participation payment is required. After your registration, you’ll get automatically confirmation.
If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation, please contact organizers by mail.
The Conference program provides both invited speakers and selected from the reports prepared by the participants. All participants submitting their abstracts will receive an email with information about the results of their consideration from the Conference Scientific Committee within one month after the end of the reception.
Wishing to make a presentation at the Conference should note when registering a point “I’d like to make a presentation” and send theses of his report for consideration by the Scientific Committee by e-mail before the December 1, 2019 (inclusive). Completed article on the basis of oral and poster papers must be sent to the Organizing Committee of the Conference, no later than March 15, 2020.

After confirming the registration by pressing the "Register" button will be creating an order for "Participation in the Conference 9th Lux Pacifica".
Confirmation of participation in the Conference is the payment.

Participant: 450 USD (45098.64 Russian rubles).

When registering as a student proof of attendance in a relevant tertiary education program shall be provided to the convener, including a letter from your Head of Department. This should be sent to the organizer.

After successful payment you will receive an email containing a ticket confirming your right to participate in the Conference.

Confirmation of participation in the Conference is the payment.

Instruction for paper form presentation

Full paper should be submitted to LUX PACIFICA committee of Russian Federation according to the following guidance:

  • Editor programmed is Word 2000 or new version after it;
  • Paper size A4;
  • Number of pages is not more than 4 pages;
  • Language is English;
  • Single space;
  • Letter size is approx 10 point, Style is Times New Roman;
  • Type in Double column;
  • Contact details of author are put at the end of Full Paper;
  • Write the name of the first author and the short paper title on all of your pages in the header and the page numbering in the footer.

Requirements for the design of poster reports

  • Sheet size A1 (841 × 594 mm), portrait orientation.
  • The title of the work is printed in regular bold font (size not less than 48).
  • Below are the names of the authors, the name of the company (italic, recommended size not less than 36).
  • Annotations and keywords are required.
  • The text of the report is printed in regular font (recommended size 18).
